Ministry of Supervision Course

April 5-8 (Tues. to Fri.) and May 16-19, 2022 (Mon. to Thurs.)
9:00am- 12:00pm, 1:30-3:30 p.m. Hybrid in person and on ZOOM
This course is designed for those who have been in the ordained ministry
for five years or more with interest in passing on their wisdom
and insights to those who are beginning ministry.

Support in Sermon Development, Support Ministry Learning Goals,
Tools for Supervision, Covenanting, Management of Conflict,
Sharing Constructive Feedback, Group Dynamics and Family Systems,
Nurture Healthy Congregations and Adapt to the Future Church
Course Delivery:
2 four-day modules, four weeks apart
with reading and assignments in between.
Course could interest experienced clergy in advanced studies.
