St Peter's Free Store

St Peter's Free Store has been in operation for more than a year. We hold the Free Store on the first Friday of the month beginning in September and closing at the end of June for the summer months. We have a very steady 'clientele' and we are seeing an increase each month  in our numbers. We take donations from the wider community of women's, men's and children's clothes and bedding. Prior to December we also take gently used toys. It is heartening to see the 'store' busy but disheartening as the need for this service seems to be growing.  We also have a small group of ladies who are committed to serving homemade soup and buns for free lunch each time.
