One of the Stained-Glass windows from the St. George's building has found a new home at St. Paul's Cathedral.
Wishing to honour the history of St. George's, and the many years of wonderful ministry on the North Shore, Dean Kyle agreed to install one of their stained-glass windows at the Cathedral.
The window was originally gifted by the family of Joan Douglas. It now hangs on the north wall of "The Chapter Room" - a place of wide visibility but little chance of damage.
Since its installation, many have remarked how wonderful it looks and how much it beautifies the space.
Dean Kyle says that this window is a wonderful addition to St. Paul's. Anyone connected to St. George's is welcome to drop by the Cathedral and see the window in its new home.
