PIE day in McBride

McBride Anglican United Church held their first public event around becoming an Affirming ministry and we say thank you to those who participated in our National Affirming/PIE Day event. 

We hold PIE Day (March 14) to Publicly, Intentionally, and Explicitly support and show allyship for the 2SLGBTTQIA+  community.  McBride Anglican United Church acknowledges the harm Christians (the organization and membership) have inflicted on this group of people and we acknowledge the harm still continues today. 

Our congregation strives to walk as Jesus teaches – caring for all our neighbours, especially those oppressed and marginalized.
