New Regional Dean for the Northern Region

Bishop Barbara has appointed the Rev. Len Fraser as Regional Dean of the Cariboo Northern Region of our Territory.  

During a career in industry Len discerned a call to ordained ministry and was made Deacon November 29th 2009. He served as Bishop Barbara’s Administrative Assistant until appointment to the Parish of St. Mary the Virgin/St. Andrew Shared Ministry in Lillooet where he is well remembered.  

After being ordained priest May 14th 2010 he was appointed to Grace Church, Prince George December 1st 2011 and St John the Divine in Quesnel in the spring of 2012.  

Len and his wife Sheila Ponsford just celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary on Sept 12th. Len has 4 children and 5 grandchildren; Sheila has 4 children and 3 grandchildren.  

As Regional Dean Len will support, coordinate and encourage lay and ordained ministry in the Cariboo Northern Region as directed by Bishop Barbara.   Congratulations Len on your new appointment and thank you for all you are and do in our Territory.
