COATS FOR ALL

The joint United Church/Anglican Church Outreach Group met on October 15th.

It was decided that we would go ahead this year with the Coats for All Program.

Posters we put up from Lac La Hache to 70 Mile House, letters to all schools and
churches sent out and ads put in the Free Press and on the local Radio.

The program kicked off on November 1st with a limited number of venues this year do to
the covid – 19 pandemic.

So far we have had an overwhelming response to this program with over thirty bags of coats coming in the second week alone.

We will be holding an open house for coats to be picked up on November 14th and 28th at St. Timothy's from 10 to 1 to help those people who are unable to get to the other venues.
