Celebration of the history of St. George's

A service of Thanksgiving and Deconsecration for St. George's Anglican Church was held July 2, 2024. Bishop Clara Plamondon presided.

Folks gathered from around the Territory with former parishoners of St. George's to honour and remember the legacy of St. George's. While it was a difficult day, we were inspired by the story telling and memory sharing. Many of the sacred items from the Parish will be regifted to other communities.
