ANNOUNCING A BIG CELEBRATION,
WITH A POT-LUCK SUPPER AND HOLY EUCHARIST ON FRIDAY, 16TH FEBRUARY @ 5:00PM
TO BE HELD AT ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS.
Revd.'s George and Anne Westgate, are having their 40th wedding anniversary.
Lent will be suspended for a couple of hours while we enjoy a fulsome pot-luck supper in their honour, beginning at 5:00 pm.
Lent will then resume after our pot-luck supper, with Bishop Clara Plamondon presiding at a Holy Eucharist service, starting at 6:30 pm;
during which, George and Anne will renew their vows before God and the congregations from Grace, St. John's and St. Michael's
There will be lots to eat and stories to share at this joyous event,
so come one and all, as we soak up all the love, hope and joy exuding from this occasion.
(and nobody will be expected to kneel on the stool of repentance afterwards.....unless you choose to do so!!)
