The 2024 Primate’s World Relief and Development Wild Ride 65-65 fund raising campaign to support our partners working with refugees and displaced people ended November 1 raising a grand total of $52,300.

I am overjoyed with the enthusiasm of Shelby Byer who coordinated walks, a Poe-Tea, Pot luck dinner and Refugee Sunday service at St. Timothy’s, 100 Mile House. It’s a small parish with a big heart donating $980.

Meanwhile, St. Paul’s Cathedral Way-Seekers (including St. Peter’s Monte Creek) donated $985. Parish members cycled out to St. Peter’s Monte Creek and prayed while walking the labyrinth at Riverside Park. These are the major donation Teams in our diocese that I am aware of and

I give thanks for ALL participants and donations.    Joy Gothard.
